I'm still sick..

So here it is nearly 2 1/2 weeks later...I'm still sick. I just can't seem to kick this thing. I finally went to the Dr. on Saturday morning, and he really didn't have anything to tell me. Gave me an antibiotic prescription and some cough syrup to start on. The cough syrup though, has hydrocodone in it and that is just kicking my ass! Way too strong for me. My husband, on the other hand, loves it. So he can take it - I'm trying to find some other medicine. All of the cough drops I'm going through are giving me a terrible stomache ache. I think I'm going to go home early again today and try to get some rest and kick this a bit more. We'll see. I missed Friday at work because Lauren was sick, took her to the Dr. on Friday morning and she had a strep throat and both ears infected. Poor girl, you wouldn't even know she was sick though, she was bouncing around like crazy! What a nut! Anyway...I'm going to get some rest. I hope all of you feel well. Bye.
