TGIF!

Happy Friday to y'all! Hope you are having a great day! It is Friday, so that's a start - isn't it? Yep. Fuddy and I have a date tonight. Not sure what we are doing, but we decided last night that we needed a date night tonight - it's been awhile - so that should be nice. Even if it's at home. ;) We shall see. Hopefully we can run out to Bistro for a quick drink and then just relax at home the rest of the night, who knows. Doesn't have to be anything fancy, just has to be me and him! That's all.

What else? Not much - I just plan on getting some cleaning done this weekend so that the house is clean and ready when the family gets here next week. That'll be one thing done. I also have to go grocery shopping to get ready for that as well. Fun stuff. Other than that, there are no other plans this weekend - excellent! No games, no nothing! woohoo!

Lil man is grounded right now for getting a D in Science, he has few chances left to bring the grade back up to a C and hopefully up to a B - but we shall see how that works out. All of this over a stupid homework assignment that he didn't turn in. AUGH. I can't believe it. The thing about it is, he DID the homework assignment! YEP. He did it, but then lost it and then just forgot about it and never turned it in. She even gave them extra time to turn it in. So, with that one missed project - his grade dropped from a low B to a D. wow. So, he's grounded until he re-does the project for me and turns it in to his teacher. I know she can't give him any points for it - but still, he has to turn it in. Then hopefully with the remainder of the grades he has left he can bring his grade back up a bit. We shall see. Science is one of his better courses too - he scores very well on the tests, if he would do the homework he would have an A in the class - WTF? gives me a headache just thinking about it. oh well. Hopefully the project will be done with tonight, he just about finished it last night - so he's close.
