I got in and checked into my hotel, rested up a bit and then drove on downtown to see what there was to see.
I tried to go to the Olympic Sculpture park, but couldn't find any parking down there and was starting to get a bit turned around, so skipped it and went on up to Pike Place.
That place is amazing, so much to see and so much that I want to BUY! lol. The colors and smells - it's really intoxicating. I could seriously live in a place like this.
Anyway, just wanted to share a bit of my first day here - i'm getting tired so i'm gonna get my stuff together and get to bed! talk to y'all later!

T - you really need to get here - what a cool city...
Look at the vibrant veggie colors. Try to get to the sculpture park again. If you park a few blocks away, it's not too bad of a walk. You might have to feed the meter a bit of money, but it's worth it.
I wanna go! I haven't been since I was a tike. Hope you enjoy as much as you can while you are there! Good luck in your new position!
