Good Morning to y'all! How is your Monday going? I guess it's going pretty good here, not much to report really. Just trying to get my day going... Did you have a good weekend? We did, but this was just another weekend that flew by - I mean, really was gone in a blink!
First, Lil girl did her Swim for Melissa event on Saturday - I was very proud of her, she swam 5 laps. They allot 5 minutes to each team and put the swimmers in their own lanes and they just swim as many laps as they can in that 5 minutes. She did great and ended up raising $825.00 for the cause - Thank you to everyone who donated to her! ;)
Secondly, we went out to the Seeeeemons house Saturday night and had some yummy food and drink and just a good night. It's always fun hanging out with them. He wanted to practice some recipes/cooking times to get ready for the BBQ cook-off that we're doing in a few weeks. AND I for one, am always willing to sample some good cooking to make sure it's good enough! ;) hahah!
Lastly, we finally got out on the boat again this weekend. What a great day out there on Sunday. It was just beautiful. We had a full boat with both the seeeemons and the handley families riding with us. It's fun to have everyone on one boat, then we don't have to tie up or anything - we just ride and float. We grilled out some brats and sausages and we had a really good time out there.
So, that's what I did on my weekend - what'd you do?

All I did on my weekend (fri and sat but still my weekend) was drink beer, pay bills, play everquest, and kinda clean 1/2 my room.....

Sounds fun! We hosted the family reunion on Saturday - and I was sick the day before - horrible summer cold! But, I survived. Jeff and I are STILL walking zombies!
What are you so excited about, BTW?
