I'm still full...

Well, last night hubby and I stopped here on our way home from work to check it out and get a bite to eat. What a GREAT treat. Bistro la Ville just may now be my new favorite restaurant in all of rocking Huntsvegas. YUMMY! It's hidden within a strip mall down on my end of town, I love that we finally have a new, fine dining restaurant AND that it's close to home! What a bargain for me. It's a small place, probably 40-50 people seated maximum - not quite sure. There are only a few tables and then a long bar where you can sit, eat and watch the chef cook (the whole chef's table experience), really cool artwork on the walls - maybe, if I get anything cool produced from my painting, i can display it here (we shall see about that!) I love it! We went in and of course we sat at the bar - that's just what we do. We knew the bartender Eric from his days at my "other" favorite restaurant here in town and he remembered us as well, and treated us great. Chef Clint really hooked us up on the food, if you go there - get the shrimp and biscuits appetizer! YUM. I'm not going to give you a whole restaurant review or anything here(i kinda did already - didn't it?), but I can tell you this... the food is great (really quite excellent), the people were wonderful and made us feel very comfortable, the atmosphere is awesome and I just really, really enjoyed my evening there. We went in for dinner and ended up staying most of the night there, just hanging out, talking and drinking. I definitely want to become a regular there - i will absolutely be going back. So, if you're in the area - make sure to stop in and check it out, tell 'em kelwhy sent you! Have a great day everyone!
