Yep, I'm a running maniac! ;) haha - well kinda... Anyway, met my running group last night and we did 3.1 miles last night. I ran the first 2 miles and then did the run/walk/run thing for the remaining mile. It was hard, my legs felt like lead in the end - but I finished it and lived to tell about it. I felt good, but terrible at the same time - know what I mean? I finished the 3.1 track in 40:19 - I think by the time of the actual 5k, I should be able to shave some of that time off and finish it quicker. I'm going to try and finish it in less than 35 minutes - but in reality, I really don't care about the time - I just want to finish it! So after the run last night, I stretched out, drank lots of water and then went home. When I got home I drank more water and fixed myself a turkey sandwich - within about an hour of finishing the run, I had a full blown migraine going on. I don't know if it was related to the run, or if I was just getting one anyway. Anyone run - anyone have a clue? Did I not have enough water? Did I not eat something right? Just curious - I'm thinking it has to be related to running, awful coinkydink. I took a pill, took a shower and went to bed. I feel fine this morning... we shall see.
