...not that that really means anything in particular other then 2 days off of work! woo hoo!
Pet peeve: Don't you hate when people use the word "pacifically" instead of "specifically"? Drives me F'ing nuts! In that long meeting I was in yesterday morning, there was a person who said that SEVERAL times throughout the meeting. (Not a member of my company). I just wanted to pull him up by his collar and point out how incorrectly he was saying that word - if it had been just once, I coulda let it slide - but he said it at least 4 times that I caught. AUGH.
So, does anyone have any plans for the weekend? Not me. I'm still working on getting better - however I feel as if I'm about to cough up a lung. No biggie, I mean, I'm really not using them both to their full potential anyway - I can live with it (or without it, as the case may be). sure. I've called the doc and he's sposed to call me back. We'll see.
Busy day today - lots going on - so, guess that I'll get back to it. Hope y'all are having an excellent day and a have a wonderful weekend!

UGH. I *hate* that, too! General misuse of grammar drives me nucking futs. I mean, REALLY! Did you NOT go to school? I am, I realize, far too anal and uptight about it, but, I truly believe that SOMEONE needs to be!
I've just started going back to school and my printing PROFESSOR speaks horribly. HORRIBLY! Drives me crazy, but, his excitement about the subject he teaches is contagious, so, I let it slide. :p
Hope you feel better SOON!
I hate when people mis-pronouce "Spacifically" and another one that drives me insane and I have to bite my tonge is hearing someone say they want to "axe" you a question. It is all I can do not to correct them!
I'll add acrosst and supposebly to the list. Won't tell you where I hear these used.
ok, ok - i'm guilty of acrosst - but i don't say supposebly...
do i? :(
What about Y'all? I LOATHE THAT! Or Coke when you want a diet! WTF? :)
