Yep - I've lost another pound! WOO HOO! Makes me very excited - so I went out to lunch of course. LOL - just kidding folkses! I did go out to lunch, but ate very wisely.
So...it's melting away a bit at a time. I'd like to lose another pound to two pounds before we go to Dallas next Friday. We shall see.
I'm feeling better too - almost over all of this crud that I've caught. Thank goodness - I was about sick of that crap. Well, I guess I was sick of that crap - literally. SIGH.
Alrighty then my peeps - I'm getting back to work so that I can hopefully get outta here early today - It's BEAUTIFUL outside - BEAUTIFUL I say! I must be out there...napping or something.
