My supportive hubby...

So, I'm dieting again, and that's going pretty well - nothing major there. Little, by little. But, I'm also trying to get more exercise in my schedule and get some kind of workout daily. Well, that's the hard part - it's been very difficult to fit it into my schedule, and to find the motivation to do it daily. So my hubby has stepped in and helped me set up a work out plan that I think, just may work. He said he would help me with it every night - no matter what, I could count on him! My only question is how many calories does sex burn off? And... am I working all of the muscle groups that I possibly can, I'm trying too in anycase...

Isn't he the greatest?
