So, this morning, I'm trying to rush out of the house and get to work on time and the kids are dawdling around and trying to eat. Well, hubby says he'll take them and I go to tell them - and they both start fussing up and crying about eating breakfast. I tell them NO, they'll eat breakfast at daycare like always, we don't have time this morning at home. They're both crying and whining about it - so I yell at them, tell them they're both going to bed early for this and yada, yada, yada. SO - as I'm driving into work, I feel really bad about that and call hubby so that he can hand the phone to the kids and let me apologize. So, I talk to Alex, apologize to him and tell him I love him - then he hands the phone to Lauren. I talk to her, and tell her the same things, tell her I love her, she says I love you too - then I say "let me talk to daddy again" - as she hands the phone back to hubby I hear her say.... "who was that daddy?".
