What a weekend!

We had so much fun this weekend and I just haven't had a moment to post about it! So...finally....ok, well start in the beginning I suppose...

So Friday night we went to some friends house - up on Green Mountain. They are actually friends of my mother-in-law's, she went to high school with them, but we have met them several times and have hit it off, so we decided to get together. They are really fun people and have an awesome house. The kids had fun too, it was a nice night.

Saturday, we just stayed around the house for a bit then went shopping. Steve bought himself a new little toy. He's so fascinated with this...can't stop playing with it! We also bought more "stuff" for camping too.

Sunday we went up to Madison County Nature Trail on Green Mountain, that was so much fun! We've lived here for 8 years and never even knew it was up there! Anyway, we went Letterboxing, that was fun! The kids loved it, it was like finding a buried treasure. And now that we have the GPS device too, we are going to start geocaching. This will be a great family thing for us to do on the weekends. Aren't we cool? I know....

Anyway, we did have fun...can't wait to go camping this weekend now. Really looking forward to it. OK, all...have a great evening!
