Ahh...

Another relaxing evening at home last night. Sat down with a glass of wine and watched Alex splash around in the pool. Very nice. Calming, relaxing, enjoyable. So now on to today. I've got a lot to do today, and not much time to do it in. I'm leaving a little early this afternoon, I've signed up to donate my platelets at LifeSouth. This will be something new. I give blood often, but this will be the first time to donate platelets. Apparently it's a longer process, but they take less "product" from you. So, we shall see! I like to donate blood, it makes me feel good - makes me feel like I am making a difference somewhere. We all need to do what we can, don't we? Not to mention that I am Freaking terrified of needles and shots! haha! Isn't that funny? I mean, if I see them putting the needle in my arm, I will just flat-out faint! As long as I don't look - I'm fine. So that's what I'm up to... how about you?
