So, got up this morning - got the kids ready and took them into daycare. Steve slept in a little bit because he had a dentist appt. this morning. (Normally we drive together everyday and take the kids in together) So anyway, I'm dropping them off - Alex leaves without so much as a goodbye and Lauren decides she will throw a fit! I hate that! I don't really feel guilty about the fits anymore - cause I know, as soon as I'm gone - they stop - it's only for my benefit that she does this! I mean literally throwing herself around as the teacher is carrying her away. LOVE IT. As soon as she is in the gym, where she can't see me anymore - it's silence. That quick. So it's just a hassle for me, don't you love it? Oh well - she is 3 and quite the Drama queen. She is such an actor, you wouldn't even believe it. For the most part though she is a very good kid, just like her brother, but she defintely is more high maintenance than her brother. I guess it's the difference in boys and girls...Anyway - got an exciting meeting to go to! Talk to you later!
Meanwhile, check out this site Faces of the Fallen, this is a list of US Fatalities in Iraq. Very nice tribute.
