How to get Revenge

So over the Holiday's my friend Trish ended up battling with her bank and credit card companies - how lovely. I know how awful this is, almost the exact same thing happened to me last year. We were making monthly payments on a large bill, well apparently we were late one month - by 5 days - OH MY GOD! So as we are getting ready to finally start our Christmas shopping on December 20th (I know, but we are always late starting it...) we discover that the $1500.00 that we thought was in our bank account (from selling some stock that I had) was nowhere to be found. What possibly could have happened? We had absolutely no earthly idea...we didn't realize we were late on that payment. So after many calls we find out that the lawyers we were making payments to had seized all of our bank accounts and cleaned out everyone of them. They didn't even have to notify us of this happening, they sued us and didn't even tell us! Anyway, it all ended up fine and dandy - after many calls and what not, threats of more sueing blah, blah, blah...the lawyers finally sent us our money back. Of course, we didn't get it back until after Christmas - nice. So what can you do when stuff like this happens? Are you just stuck? Most importantly - How do you get revenge? Well here is one site that might be able to help with that. Another site to give you some ease...Anyway. I don't know the answer. All I know is that they can walk all over you without any trouble at all, they don't even have to tell you what they are doing. Very nice.
