Well, so far, it's been hit or miss on my diet. I did start last week, but I really didn't do all that I could do to stay on it. So, a fresh start today! I got up early this morning, did a workout DVD and then got ready for work. I feel so much better just doing that little bit. I'm planning on doing that DVD every M, W, and F and then going to the gym at lunch time on T, and TH and doing a 45 minute cardio workout. It sounds good in theory. We'll see how it goes. I've started my "3 day meat diet" to help kickstart my metabolism and get my body ready for the actual diet again too. We shall see. How is everyone else doing on your diets? Any tips or pointers?
